Do new customers have to sign tie-in contracts?

Unlike our competitors, we do not make any customers sign tie-in contracts. We believe wholeheartedly that customer loyalty and satisfaction can only be achieve by providing an unrivaled quality of service.

Can we book a one time clean to trial your services or do you only service regular scheduled requests?


Our services are available if you want to use us once, need some short term support or require a regular quality clean.


What type of premises do we clean?


We are predominantly a Business-to-Business provider servicing offices, dentist practices, retail stores and associated premises, warehouse and manufacturing, medical surgeries, showrooms, communal areas of social housing, festival and wedding venues, holiday lets and much more. Our Specialised domestic cleaning division offer cleaning services for urban and remote residents residing within Durham and Darlington, Cleveland, North Yorkshire and Tyne and Wear.


Can we provide a quote over the phone?


We can – but this would only be an ‘indicative quote’ or estimate and would be subject to an actual site survey by an area manager. A full site survey is the best way to accurately quote for your cleaning needs and allows us the opportunity to discuss your requirements with you in detail.


If you have urgent needs and cannot accommodate the time an area manager offers then we do have a thorough worksheets that clients can complete to detail exactly what their requirements are.
